Chia Seeds Breakfast Pancakes

Here is a nice weekend breakfast idea: Chia Seeds Breakfast Pancakes - healthy, low in carbs and high in protein. They are easily made and very tasty.

Ingredients per person/ 3 pancakes: 

☕ 2 eggs  ☕ 10 g oats ☕ 10 g chia seeds ☕ some vanilla (stick or extract) ☕ 100 ml milk ☕ tiny bit of baking soda ☕ pinch of salt ☕ maybe a few drops of maple syrup?

Method:

Mix all ingredients together and give it a quick stir until everything is well combined. If you do that the night before the chia seeds will be nice and soft and the pancakes even tastier.

Bake three little pancakes in a frying pan and decorate with some fresh fruit. That's it :)

Per serving/3 pancakes : 265 calories                                                                 Enjoy
