Banana Bread Scones

These healthy, nutritious and low calorie Banana Bread Scones are great for breakfast, snacking or dessert! You can also make it as a loaf but we think scones look prettier :)


 Ingredients: 

☕ 3 medium bananas ☕ 75 g walnuts ☕ 175 g oats ☕ 200 g flour (any) ☕ 2 eggs ☕ 1/4 tea spoon of baking soda ☕ pinch of salt ☕ 50 g butter

Method:

To prepare the batter, mix all ingredients in the food blender and voilĂ ! Put the mixture into muffin cups (or a loaf tin) and stick them into the preheated oven. Let them bake for 15 minutes at 170 °C (or 1 hr 15 minutes if you are making a loaf).
